Our pasta is served at the table directly from the pan in which it is browned with the sauce. 

Cooked on the spot, we brown the pasta with its sauce in the pan for a few moments to let all the flavors penetrate. You can choose from various kinds of pasta and combine them with the typical sauces of Italian cuisine for your gustatory pleasure. 

From the famous Carbonara to the Amatriciana and the simple Aglio e Olio, choose from historical recipes such as the Three White Meats sauce created by Leonardo da Vinci in his restaurant, “Le Tre Rane” in Florence.
